Triple Chocolate Cookies

Snow, again. This is the winter that will not end. Yesterday was the first day of Spring, today it snowed 6 inches, and in celebration I made a batch of Triple Chocolate Chocolate Cookies from Baking Illustrated. I used mini-chocolate chips to top off some chocolate with some more chocolate. Yummy. A decadent treat to warm up our home on a snowy day. Iris and her neighbor friend enjoyed them, Mama enjoyed them, twins enjoyed them; Blayne, not so much. Oh well, you can’t please everyone.
