Iris had a great time at Camp Tanadoona. She made it the three nights away from home without a hitch. I was expecting a phone call or something……but she did great! Here is a picture of her when I went to pick her up. She is standing in front of her cabin. And oh, her hair!
Iris got home from camp on a Wednesday and that night got very sick with some type of stomach bug. We ended up having to take her to the emergency room Friday morning to get an iv because she was so dehydrated. She perked right up after getting fluids in her body and by that afternoon was asking if she could play outside. Here is a picture from the pediatrician’s office. She was NOT happy about me taking a picture of sick Iris.
Lessons with plates and utensils has been slow going. The only reason I keep plugging away is because the girls seem to enjoy at least trying to use them. We are making a little progress, but not much. Here is what Tavie usually does with her plate and fork.
