It’s time to let go of the cold and the hibernating. It’s time to enjoy parks and walks and bike rides and hopefully lots and lots of runs. I look forward to the twins learning how to walk this summer. Iris will have lots of summer camps and we’ll be hangin’ at the beach hopefully several times a week this summer. YES!

On a side note, I met my running goal this week. It’s a far cry from the 40 a week I used to do pre-twins. But I’m getting my stride back. Not sure I’ll ever be Ms. Speedy again, but at least I’m feeling more comfortable on my runs these days. I’m not hunched over huffing and puffing anymore. After I have my base established I’ll incorporate some hills and interval training. I also want to do a half marathon this summer, so it’s time to start thinking about that & getting my training log in order.
